Starting over isn’t a setback—it can be the most powerful turning point of your life.
My husband, Paul, has played a pivotal role in my life. He isn’t just my partner; he’s also the person who introduced me to real estate—a career I now genuinely love. Paul was already a REALTOR® when we met, and he encouraged me to join him and work as a team. Once I said yes, it was incredible how naturally everything began to fall into place.
Before that chapter, I had lived what felt like several lives in one. I was raised in Michigan, where singing was my first love. I knew early on that I wanted to pursue it professionally, which led me to move to New York and attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. From there, I built a career as a professional singer and actress, performing on Broadway and touring internationally.

As many people know, Broadway shows often tour across the country and around the world. My first international tour was My Fair Lady, where I understudied Eliza Doolittle. From there, my career took off. I performed in Grease on its European tour, played Miss Scarlet in the musical Clue, and appeared in several other productions. It was an exciting and deeply fulfilling time in my life.
While touring, I met my ex-husband, a turning point that led to a new season. We had two daughters, and eventually, the constant travel became unsustainable. With two young children, stability mattered more than life on the road. They needed roots.
I made the decision to leave musical theater and relocated to California, where I had friends. That move marked the beginning of my life outside the performing arts and the search for what would come next. I homeschooled my daughters for a period and worked across different industries, including becoming a manager for Wolfgang Puck restaurants. I even helped cater the Oscars and the Grammys—an exciting experience in its own right.
What truly shifted the direction of my life, though, was my divorce. I found myself in a tough financial position and had to start completely over. At 40, I accepted an administrative job paying $12 an hour because I needed the money. My car’s air conditioning was broken, I couldn’t afford to fix it, and I had no clear idea where my life was heading. Still, I held tightly to my faith, trusting Jesus and believing this was a temporary season—even when it felt overwhelming.

In time, I found a position teaching choir at a Christian school, which brought some financial relief. Around that same time, I met Paul. We met at church on my very first day singing on the worship team. As we grew closer, he introduced me to the world of real estate and suggested we work together. The decision resonated; after years of teaching choir and acting lessons, I felt ready for a change.
I said yes and Paul became my mentor. I started by processing loans to learn the business from the ground up and slowly worked my way forward. What I discovered in real estate was a career that allowed me to teach—something I’ve always loved—while also supporting people through major life transitions. I deeply connect with clients navigating divorce or striving to build generational wealth, because I understand those journeys personally.
Today, Paul and I make a strong, award-winning team. Outside of work, I’m focused on empowering others, especially women. Having rebuilt my life and career more than once, I’m living proof that it’s never too late to start again. I’m a motivational speaker, currently writing a book about beginning anew at any age. We’re also developing a high school real estate curriculum, and working on an app to help kids gamify savings.
I’ve reinvented myself more than once—and I know that possibility exists for anyone willing to begin again. What feels like a setback may be God’s perfect setup.
My work is built on relationships, sincerity, and integrity. I’m a natural go-getter who believes that every challenge has a solution, which is why I live by the motto, “Where there’s a William, there’s a way.” I don’t just help clients buy or sell property—I help them find financing, navigate complex situations, and think long term about building generational wealth. I often remind clients that real estate success isn’t a sprint; it’s a marathon, and my role is to walk alongside them every step of the way as a lifelong advisor and trusted friend.
Having worked across commercial properties, vacant land, and luxury real estate, I bring a broad perspective that allows me to solve problems many agents can’t. I care deeply about placing clients in strong, sustainable deals and approach negotiations collaboratively, aiming for outcomes where all parties can win while still advocating firmly for my clients’ best interests. Above all, I want every client to feel like my only client—seen, understood, and supported. My focus is always on delivering real results and helping clients achieve the goals that matter most to them.
Sincerely,

Tiffany Williams
